How does your studio reflect your style?

My studio is small but cozy. It’s a room full of little stuff that I love and collect. I always keep it clean and tidy. My style is simple and clean and my studio doesn’t reflect my style totally. It seems more like a little art & craft shop.

What is the favorite part of your studio?

My big table is the favorite part of my studio. I always keep clean and do my work here. I’ll bring out my MacBook, drawing pad, drawing paper by day and keep in at night. The left corner of my big table is my favorite part of the table, all my brushes, pencils, and charcoal pencils are there and can be reached in anytime. When I need a rest I’ll see all those little things around.



What pieces in your studio inspire you?

Every piece has it’s own story, they seem to be my art creations’ history. I don’t really have or set a particular style for myself. I always follow my heart and do what I love. The art pieces make me look back to the past and keep on creations.

Do you have any handmade or vintage decor pieces?

The cupboard, it’s an old cupboard from the kitchen originally. In the old days, people use it to keep their dish or left over food inside. I keep some of my favorite collections.

The sewing machine. It’s passed by my mother to me and can be used until now! All of my pillow covers from my shop are done by this sewing machine :)

What is favorite color palette and how did you implement this in your space?

White, beige, brown & gray are my favorite colors. My wall color is creamy white. It’s just right for my studio. The table, chair, cupboard, bookshelf, picture frame are wooden made.

What is the one tool used in your creation process you treasure the most?

It’s hard to go without my brain and both hands. Imaginations from brain, creations with hands!

What are the books or magazines that inspire you?

Art, graphic and interior design, photography, pattern books and magazines.



What changes/upgrades would you like to make in the future?

I wish to have a big space for my studio. Hopefully could be designed and developed a silkscreen line for home decor.
